By accessing or using the services provided by ScaleForge Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform connects founders, operators, and creators to build and scale meaningful ventures together.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to post misleading content, or to interfere with other members’ experience. Respectful collaboration is the foundation of our community.
4. Intellectual Property
All original course content, playbooks, and community resources remain the exclusive property of ScaleForge Collective and its contributors. You may not reproduce or redistribute materials without written consent.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for eligible courses. Contact [email protected] for assistance. No refunds are issued after course completion certificates are issued.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your profile settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
ScaleForge Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
